- Minimum age for competition is 40 years
- Age is determined as of 31 December 2027
Men’s & Women’s
- Master 1: 40 to 49
- Master 2: 50 to 59
- Master 3: 60 to 69
- Master 4: 70 to 79
- Master 5: 80+
Competition takes place between lifters in categories defined by gender, bodyweight, age.
Powerlifting (sleeves & wraps):
- Full Power (3Lift)
- Bench Only
- Deadlift Only
- Bench and Deadlift Only
DIVISIONS
Weight Divisions are:
Weigh Class (in KG) – Men52, 56, 60, 67, 75, 82, 90, 100, 110, 125, 140kg, 140kg+
Weight Class (in KG) – Women
44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 67.5, 75, 82.5, 90, 100, 110, 110kg+
SPORTS FEE
$180 per person
+ GAMES FEE
$85 Early Bird (Ends 28 Feb 2027)
$99 Standard (from 1 March 2027)
- This is an Australian Powerlifting League (APL) sanctioned Masters Nationals Competition
- This APL-sanctioned powerlifting competition will be conducted under the official Australian Powerlifting League (APL) Rules and Regulations
- Lifters participating in APL-sanctioned competitions must maintain current APL membership
