Check-in and Rego Hub Information

Check-In at the Rego Hub 
The Great Barrier Reef Masters Games Rego Hub will be located at Barlow Park, Corporate Room 251-269 Severin St (corner of Scott St and Severin St), Parramatta Park QLD 4870. Located approximately 1.4 km or  20 mins walk or 7 mins by car from the Cairns CBD, and parking is available on site.

Rego Hub and Merchandise Hub hours of operation

  • Tuesday 23 May             12.00pm – 6.00pm
  • Wednesday 24 May        8.30am – 6.30pm
  • Thursday 25 May            7:30am – 8pm  (*Opening Ceremony 6pm - 7.30pm)
  • Friday 26 May                  7:30am – 7pm
  • Saturday 27 May             7.30am – 4pm
  • Sunday   28 May             8.30am -  4pm

Accreditation
Competitor, supporter and non-playing officials must all check-in at the Rego Hub.
This is the only location where accreditation passes are issued and souvenir bags available for collection.
Photo ID is required.
* It is mandatory that all competitors and non-playing officials receive their Games accreditation prior to commencing competition.
** Access to the social hub venue will be denied without your accreditation pass so please bring it with you at the night time functions.

Group check-in
Is available upon request to the Games and must be pre-arranged prior to 12.00pm Sunday 21 May. After this date all competitors, Non-playing Officials and Supporters must check in at the registration hub.
Pre-arranged group check-ins must contact gbrmasters@cairns.qld.gov.au. Photo ID is required by the person collecting the groups accreditation, along with a list of all team members.It is the responsibility of the person collecting the group accreditation's to distribute the welcome kits etc. to all their team members.

Merchandise
Games official merchandise is available for purchase online now, with collection at the Rego Hub only. View the full merchandise range here.

Spectators and Supporters
All sports and the Opening Ceremony are free for spectators to attend. If spectators would like to attend any of the social events they must purchase a "Supporter Pass". All social event attendee will need to show there GBRMG lanyard ID prior to entry; these can be purchased online via the athlete registration site.
Supporters passes can not be purchased at social events; they must be purchased in advance and collect from the Registration Hub during open hours.
Supporters will also receive registration kit bag on check in at the Registration Hub.
