Request Refund

If you are unable to attend the Great Barrier Reef Masters Games a refund request can be applied for, and is subject to the games Terms and Conditions. To request a refund please follow the below instructions:

1. Fill your details in below
2. Download the Refund Request form ( PDF, 0.68 MB ). By clicking on the link you will access a fillable form, please fill in all sections of the form including your registration number and attach your Refund Request Form pdf where directed to under 'Copy of Registration' below 
3. There is a $20 administration fee for all approved refunds, please deduct this from your total refund amount when filling in the Refund Request form
4. Attach any other 'Supporting Documentation' below i.e. medical certificate 
5. When you have completed all steps above, press the 'submit' button and your refund application will be considered

Refunds only available as per Terms and Conditions ( PDF, 0.27 MB ). Please note as per Section 15b of the Terms and Conditions, a $20 administration fee will be charged for any refunds requested after 31 March 2023.
The cut-off date for all refund requests are up until 25 May 2023 after this date no refunds will be accepted.
